Christians Help Police Locate Kidnapped Girl

Christians Help Police Locate Kidnapped Girl

Police are calling two church-goers in Fort Worth, Texas, ‘heroes’ after they helped authorities locate a missing girl.

According to CBS News , two local church-goers went out looking for eight-year-old Salem Sabatka, after she was kidnapped in broad daylight on Saturday.

Reportedly, the eight-year-old was walking around her neighborhood with her mom when a man, now identified as 51-year-old Michael Webb, shoved her into his car.

According to police, Sabatka’s mother jumped into the car in an attempt to hold on to her daughter but was pushed out of the vehicle. Once Sabatka's mother was ejected from the car, the suspect sped off with the young girl still inside.

Thankfully, a neighbor’s doorbell camera captured the whole ordeal on video and helped police identify the car the suspect was driving. This also allowed authorities to issue an amber alert with the vehicle’s description.

Soon after the alert was issued, two local church members called the police and told them that they had located a vehicle matching the description in a hotel parking lot.

Police identified the car owner and found that he was using a room in the hotel. Authorities were then able to force themselves into the room, where they found Sabatka.
Police were also able to apprehend the suspect.

In a news conference, the Fort Worth Police Department Spokesperson Buddy Calzada told reporters that Sabatka was found safe. He said, “She did physically seem to be okay, but again we are not medical professionals.”
“I can tell you that she was calm,” he added before noting that she was transported to a local hospital to be evaluated.

Calzada also thanked the church-goers who called in the tip saying, “The police department is extremely proud of them, and I'm sure we're going to bring them into the light here pret

Church wins battle against marijuana company

A San Diego church has won a settlement agreement with the city after a marijuana production company targeted the congregation in hopes of moving its operations into a nearby warehouse.

City ordinances prohibit marijuana-related businesses within 1,000 feet of schools, parks and churches.

“It was something you have on your mind every single day,” Pastor Andy Ballon told Christian Headlines.

“Thinking about what was going to happen. What could happen? Personally, it reminded me that God is with us and we are doing something right.

It was total validation for me and, I think, for our congregation.”
Last year, Cannversions, Inc. applied for a permit to open a growing operation in an industrial park, but was denied access because Vision Church’s leased property was just 449 feet from the warehouse.

Undeterred, the pot company broached the landlord to purchase the property outright, but the owner declined. When that didn’t work, Cannversions filed a complaint with the city alleging the church was illegally operating in a FEMA flood zone and had inadequate parking.
City officials inspected the church property and found eight code violations.

Vision Church was ordered to immediately cease operations or face daily fines of $4,000—$500 for each infraction. Hoping to forge a compromise, the landlords followed up the inspection with a meeting of city officials, showing them documentation that the property was not in a flood zone and offering to mitigate the remaining violations, but to no avail.

Drama As Man Bashes Lover's Hubby

In a stunning incited a man who was caught caressing a married woman went berserk and assaulted his lover's husband.

The incident happened at  Westlea Shopping Centre over the weekend.

The man, Pasco Mueruza, was brutally thrashed by her wife’s alleged boyfriend after he had caught them red-handed.

According to H-metro  all hell broke loose when  Mueruza acting on a tip-off caught his wife Monica in a car with her alleged lover, identified as Shackstone Kavu.

While still trying to gather up all the information, Pascal was thrashed by Kavu upon his arrival. Kavu claimed to be a tax body official.

The matter was then reported at Mabelreign Police Station under RRB 4025656.

Second coming of Christ

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I was really touched by the issue of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

Please read and digest the presentation below :
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Matthew 24:30 (KJV)

The subject of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ sometimes generates debate when it is discussed. Some people make fun of the subject because they claim if He was coming, He would have come. Such people forget that God is eternal and infinite; there is nothing too difficult for Him to do. If there is a delay in His second coming it is because God wants many to be saved, 2 Peter 3:9. He does not delight in the death of the sinner. When God promised His first coming, people made light of it but that didn’t stop Him from coming, Genesis 3:15. Jesus Christ is truth and if He promised He would come again, He will surely come. Dear beloved, never make light the Word of God; Get yourself ready so that even if He does not come in your lifetime on earth, you would have gotten yourself ready to meet Him in heaven. Missing Jesus is finding yourself in hell, a place of torment and I don’t think that is what you want. Those who will mourn are the people who were not ready. Get ready because Jesus will surely come again.

Food  for thought

One day I visited someone who had stopped coming to church.

Before I even sat down the person said, “You must have wondered why I stopped coming to church. I am dealing with some deep personal and spiritual issues that I need to resolve first before I come back to church. I need to put my life together first then I can come to church with a clear conscience.” Sadly there are many Christians who have been deceived to believe that they need to clean up their own lives first before they come to Christ.

Church is a hospital for the spiritually sick and Jesus is our Great Physician. Everyone, from the preacher on the pulpit to the church member in the congregation, needs help with personal and spiritual issues.

Scripture says, “There is none righteous, no, not one.” Romans 3:10. Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." Mark 2:17. We go to church for a weekly spiritual checkup and for a weekly dose of the life-giving Word of God; the medicine of the soul.

Paul says, “let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people are in the habit of doing, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.” Hebrews 10:25. The next weekend gather the courage pick your broken pieces and go to church or take someone to church.

Don’t let anything or anyone keep you from attending church. Jesus says, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28. Jesus is calling. Will you respond? God loves you!

Pray for marriages

This week we shall focus on captured marriages.

One certain aspect is that the devil has captured marriages across the globe -especially in Africa. The modern day world is highly characterized by hyper competition for material things and married couples compete to outdo each other in terms of the so called status and class.

In the bible God says married people are expected to be produce both physical and spiritual fruits.

Due to the devil's  influence the majority of marriages in Africa are under siege.

Ladies and gentlemen let us pray for the deliverance of men and women whose marriages have been captured by the devil.

Understand Your Season

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens ECCLESIASTES 3:1 (NIV)

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away. The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in summer, and the youngest son in the fall. When they had all gone and come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen.

The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted. The second son said no it was covered with green buds and full of promise. The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most graceful thing he had ever seen.

The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment. The man then explained to his sons that they were all right, because they had each seen but only one season in the tree’s life.

He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season, and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are up. Don't make permanent decisions on the basis of temporary situations. We all go through different seasons in life and each season has a good purpose.

If you give up in the cold winter, you will miss the promise of your spring, the beauty of your summer, and the fulfillment of your fall. Don’t let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest. Don’t judge life by one difficult season.

Persevere through the difficult patches and better times are sure to come some time or later. The secret of success in life is in understanding the times and knowing what to do.

PRAY for God to give you the GRACE to know how to handle different seasons. 1Ch 12:32 (NKJV) says,  _of the children of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command.

God's word is final

Isa 43:16 This is what the LORD says--he who made a way through the sea, a path through the mighty waters.

God's word is final, it is alive and active, it carries creative ability and what He says comes to pass. The impossible become possible through God.

When the children of Israel were stuck in between the sea and the Egyptians chariots, God parted the sea for them to cross over. When you think there is no way, God is the way. When all your plans and effort hit the dead end, God will make a way for you if you trust in Him.

He is the way maker and a miracle worker and the way out provider. He opens a way where it seems there is to be no way. When you are stuck and clueless and hopeless, hope in God for a way out.

Be Wary Of Satan's Tricks

“… know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.” (James 4:4b)

If I may paraphrase the scripture above: “Don’t you know that once you embrace the world, you have turned your back on Christ?” You cannot do it both ways. It is either the LORD or the world.

If the devil knows that you were a liar before your conversion, he will create circumstances for you to tell more lies. It is a trap.

Don’t fall cheaply into it. I want to share with you what I experienced when I was travelling with Mama from Milan to Lagos not long ago. The stewardesses usually give us special services but on this particular flight it was something else.

They repeatedly offered me champagne which I refused and asked for water. They were bent on having me accept their offer to drink something else. Three of them then approached me together and said:

“Have we wronged you in any way? You mean you just want water? We have red wine.” I told them that my choice of water had nothing to do with them. Rather it has everything to do with what I believe.

Unwittingly, and with good intentions, they were putting pressure on me to do something against my faith.

Satan will try to offend you out of your faith. He will engineer persecution from all directions. Many times it will begin in your own home.

He will engineer persecution in your school, in your place of work, among your peers and friends. I know of a Christian brother who stopped attending church just because his wife offended him.

Once in a while, he will dive into another church. He became inconsistent. He was so angry with his wife that he felt he could not worship with her in the same place.

During service one day, the Spirit of God asked me to pray for this couple but the husband was not in service. The wife probably was guilty but that was not enough reason to nurse anger to the point of forsaking service.

The devil would have succeeded in enticing him out of the faith, if the Holy Spirit had not alerted me and I intervened.

Offence can also come from within your local church. This is the worst type of offence because it should not be so. If you want a church where nobody will offend you, you better die quickly and go to heaven.

I assure you, you will not find any church like that on earth. Somebody must offend you. That is why we are in the world.

Prayer/Confession: Oh lord strengthen my faith beyond offences.

Words of Wisdom: If you want a church where nobody will offend you, you better die quickly and go to heaven.

Rely On God's Wisdom

All this have I proved by wisdom: I said, I will be wise; but it was far from me. That which is far off, and exceeding deep, who can find it out? Ecclesiastes 7:23-24 (KJV)

Living by human wisdom leads to weariness and vanity. King Solomon started well with God; his humility and sacrifice opened a door for him and God granted Him divine wisdom.

However, he allowed his devotion to God to be marred by ungodly associations and foreign wives with their idols.

Soon he found himself pursuing ungodly adventures and pleasures. At the end he only discovered that they were all vanity. Dear beloved, don’t depend on your human wisdom and intellect.

Rely on the wisdom of God by discovering your God-given purpose and asking God to always direct you in your decisions, choices, and plans, Proverbs 3:5-6. When God directs and leads you, joy will be your portion and there will be nothing like vanity in the end. Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!

What Name Do You Have?

A good name is better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth. Ecclesiastes 7:1 (KJV)

The kind of name you have reveals who you are. The name we take upon ourselves goes farther than our person. God is praised and worshiped because of His good name. He is so merciful, good, kind, loving, and forgiving that we cannot stop praising Him.

Everything He does authenticate His good name. Jesus Christ is also praised and worship because of His good name.

The work He did on the cross for mankind brought Him such a good name that God highly exalted Him and made His name the greatest above all names in heaven and earth.

Dear beloved, what name do you have? You cannot have a good name just because the meaning of your name sounds good. Good names are earned by good works under the sun; love people, be kind, forgive, show mercy on the poor and vulnerable, be obedient to God, and you will earn a good name and God will continue to bless you.

CAPS United Unstoppable!

CAPS United coach Lloyd Chitembwe has applauded  his team’s performance in a 3-0 victory over Hwange at the Colliery on Sunday.

Makepekepe dominated their opponents throughout the match, opening the scoring as early in the second minute through Joel Ngodzo before John Zhuwawu doubled the advantage twenty minutes later.

Ngodzo came back again in the second period, notching home a superb strike on the hour mark.

The speedy duo of Phineas Bamusi and Gabriel Nyoni was a menace coming from the flanks and kept the hosts’ backline busy.

Chitembwe described the performance as a high-class in his post-match presser.

“It was a high-class performance, we were at a different level,” said the coach.

“We showed our supremacy on both technical and tactical ability and everything went according to plan. The boys were very strong mentally and we got what we wanted.”

CAPS United returned to the top of the log following the victory, maintaining a two-point lead.

Madinda Remains Modest Despite Narrow Victory

Highlanders coach  Madinda Ndlovu was not satisfied with how his charges won their first game of the season on Sunday.

Bosso narrowly  beat TelOne 1-0 to ease the pressure after going for the opening eight games without a victory. Winger Ray Lunga scored the solitary goal in the 17th minute as the opposite side finished the game with a man short after Frankson Bushiri received a second yellow card in the 75th minute.

But overall, the Wifi Boys dominated possession and were more organised than Highlanders, something Madinda admitted after the game.

“Our football wasn’t better than our previous displays, but what was important was to collect three points,” said the coach.

“TelOne played more meaningful football than us, and we were let down by poor finishing. Our game plan was all about pace, stretch them on the wings, with Ray Lunga and Cleopas Kapupurika.

“But I’m just happy that we broke the jinx.”

The result put Highlanders a place up in the 16th position with eight points.

Do You Love God?

For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. Psalms 61:3 (KJV)

Your intimacy with the LORD opens your eyes to discover who God is. The God we serve is a personal God and relates on personal basis with His creation. He initiated intimacy by visiting Adam and Eve from time to time to have fellowship with them. When Adam and Eve sinned and lost fellowship with Him, He sent Jesus Christ to pay for the sin of mankind in order to establish a lasting relationship with those who are willing to serve Him. Dear beloved, get to know God through the Holy Scriptures and fellowship with Him. Put what you know about Him to use, love Him, and serve Him and He will reveal many aspect of Himself to you. You will discover Him to be your provider, shelter, defender, deliverer, healer, counselor and the like. Hallelujah! Know Your God!

The LORD Is With You!

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. Isaiah 43:2 (KJV)

Knowing that the LORD is with you always makes one to endure hardship to the end. The Word of God has made it clear that walking with the LORD is not always cozy and rosy.

There are periods that God will allow you to go through difficult times to test and grow your faith to maturity.

As a child of God, when you begin to experience challenges or difficult times, don’t think the LORD has deserted you or is punishing you for a sin you have committed. Job, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, and Jesus Christ went through challenging times but the LORD came in at the right time to rescue and glorified them.

Dear beloved, God will not leave you nor forsake you, He is always with you even during the hard times, Hebrews 13:5. Trust in Him, wait on Him, and receive grace to endure the difficulties and He will come in at the right time to rescue and bless you. Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!

Woman Whose Son Died In Drinking Binge Blames Anti-social Behaviour For Tragedy

The mother of Brandon Zimba, the teenager who died mysteriously while drinking beer blamed bad friends for the tragedy.

The tragedy happened in Bulawayo last Saturday.

Sithembiso Zimba said she was devastated by her son’s death.

She said his behaviour completely changed when he moved to a new school - as a result of influence from bad friends.

“Never at any point in my life did I ever imagine that my child would drink himself to death. Growing up, he was obedient and brilliant in school. He started school in South Africa and came home for his secondary.

I took him to Sizane High School and his school performance was very pleasing."

“The school, however, hiked fees and I was forced to transfer him. I regret that move because it has led to the death of my son.

At the new school, I started receiving reports that he had started drinking. The elders who stayed with him would sit him down and each time he apologised and promised to change,” said  Zimba.

She decried the growing culture of juvenile delinquency and said she believed her child’s demise was a result of bad friends.

Is tithing relevant to the New Testament?

Apostle Yiga Francis

Emphatically yes, tithing began before the law and the first direct reference we see to the tithe is in Genesis 14. Tithing came to Abraham by revelation not by law (when you walk by faith ,like Abraham, you just know what to do).

In Matthew 23:23, Jesus condemned the Pharisees for observing some part of the law and neglecting others. They did what was convenient and left what was uncomfortable undone. They should have observed everything. Jesus said they ought to have observed judgement, mercy, and faith, and tithed. Jesus wasn't against tithing, he was teaching that tithing won't work or profit you if you don't walk in faith, and love. Jesus called judgement, mercy, and faith, the weightier matters of the law because they are issues of love and if you are walking in love toward God and others you would pay your tithe. _"You cannot love without giving but you can give (and pride yourself in it)  without loving,"_ which is what the pharisees were doing.

In the Old Testament, the priests received tithes and blessed the people. Now in the New Testament, Jesus receives tithes as our High Priest in the order of Melchizedek (Hebrews 7:5-8). And just as Melchizedek blessed Abraham, so we are blessed when we give our tithes. So pay all your tithe. It is a kingdom due. As a child of God, Your tithe is your financial security against financial disaster. It secures your finances from waste. It is God's insurance policy for the children of the kingdom.

_Jesus called judgement, mercy, and faith, the weightier matters of the law because they were issues of love and faith._

Are You Confessing?

But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said, Thou art my God. Psalms 31:14 (KJV)

Confessing the Word of God leads to possession.

The Word of God is loaded with so much that no one can quantify or imagine. Remember that heaven and earth and everything therein were created by the Word of God.

King David did not only believe the Word of God but also proclaimed it daily, But I trust in you, Lord; I say, “You are my God” (CSB). Dear beloved, don’t stop at the point of believing the Word of God, keep declaring it to yourself, proclaim it over your life, family, business, nation and see them transform into what God wants them to be. Hallelujah! The Word Works!

Enjoy Your Christian Life!

Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun. Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy, and drink thy wine with a merry heart; for God now accepteth thy works. Ecclesiastes 9:6-7 (KJV)

The Christian life is meant to be enjoyed to the full. Jesus Christ came to give life to the full, John 10:10. As a child of God, know that you are in Christ Jesus and that is the right place to be. Don’t be bothered about your enemies; only be fervent in prayer because their hatred and envy shall perish.

Be conscious and focus on what God has called you to do; and enjoy the food, drink, marriage, family, and wealth with a merry heart. As long as you are a child of God, He will take good care of you.

Even when trials come your way, endure them, and praise God because they are part of the Christian life, Matthew 10:24-25. God will never disappoint you, therefore, be faithful to Him and walk with Him with a sincere heart. May you receive grace to always enjoy the Christian life. Hallelujah! You Are An Overcomer!

Help Me Pray For Wisdom To Lead Zimbabwe To Happiness- Chamisa

MDC A leader Nelson Chamisa, who is  a devout Christian, has urged the  nation to pray for him as he hopes to lead Zimbabwe to prosperity.

In a tweet yesterday Chamisa saluted his supporters for remaining committed to real change in  the  face of intimidation.

"Change arrives and  begins now.Thank you Machinja for an emphatic 13/13 nomination, vote and endorsement as the 2nd President of MDC the People’s party after our Icon the late Dr MT.

Help me pray for the grace and wisdom to lead Zimbabwe to happiness, prosperity and  freedom.#Godisinit," wrote Chamisa on Twitter.

Chamisa is disputing the outcome of the July 2018 polls citing irregularities in the electoral processes.

Jesus Christ Loves You

Unexpected should be expected always, because you are in a battle field.

Any time you will be attacked and the weapons can be used from anywhere. The enemy is so keen on destroying you by scattering your mind to different things. Once the enemy wins to distract you, then on, you fail to guard yourself. Thus the enemy gets upper hand. But, when you are attacked, you have God, the strong shield, in front.

If you stand in the battle as guided by God, He will fight against your enemy. This is the confidence you have on God. He never leave you alone. Don't let devil to deceive you by bringing in troubles simultaneously.

So be vigilant to identify devil's ploys and be intelligent enough to handover everything to God, your protector. He will sustain your heart with His peace and make you win over the enemy. Yes, Jesus fights for you and makes the enemy show you his back.

Jesus loves you.

Nurses Vow To Continue Selling Home Brewed Maheu To Patients Until They Get Salaries In US Dollars

Nurses and other staff members at Chiredzi Hospital, who are selling home browed maheu to patients have vowed to continue doing so as they are receiving paltry salaries.

The nurses said the escalating prices of basic commodities  forced them to  resort to alternative measures to raise extra income.

A nurse at the hospital fumed:"We are selling various food items to patients as a way of  beating the escalating prices of basic goods. How do you expect us to survive in this harsh economic environment?"

The nurses are  selling maheu and uncertified frozen water to patients at the government hospital.

The issue came under the spotlight when a Chiredzi resident wrote a letter to the hospital matron, raising concerns about possible health risks for  patients.

Be A Man/woman of action

Greetings and salutations in the name of Jesus Christ, this week we will publish a sermon written by senior pastor, John Mamutse, have a blessed week:

Thank God for service today. Hebrews11:6-11. Faith. (Acting on the word of God)1. Build your  faith by reading God's word to learn what God did with others and for others in the past.

This will help you know God's power. 2.Hebrews 13:8 Here the word shows us that God does not change. He is still doing the same today. Ps44:1-4. From verse1-3 The word is talking about what God did for others in the past (History). But vs 4 Is saying that same God is also my King today.

Noah was a man of action. He obeyed the word and built an Ark. Abraham was a man of action. He came of out of the land he was seeing to go to the one he had not seen.  It was an act of faith. Sarah was a woman of Action.

She obeyed  God's word and gave birth to Isaac at an advanced  age.God bless you, be a person of action.

National Healing Begins With Fervent Prayer

There are so many disturbing events that are happening in Zimbabwe but Christians must always focus on prayer.

While it is an undeniable fact that the nation is relentlessly battling with mounting economic woes, this is the time for believers to pray for God's intervention in the dire situation. Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life.

See below an extract from an article written by The Church News editor:
In a statement on Twitter  RealVoiceOfZimbabwe challenged Home Affairs Minister  Cain Mathema to reveal the names of individuals and organisations allegedly plotting to overthrow the government of Zimbabwe.

"Please name the people/entities who want to unseat Mnangagwa so that other Zimbabweans can get in touch with them to help them in such a beautiful and  progressive endeavor.

Zimbabweans want the current Gvt gone, its the best thing that can ever happen to them! (BREAD - $3.50)," RealVoiceOfZimbabwe tweeted.

As earlier alluded to, national healing processes begin with earnest intercession not  violent protests.May  God  bless Zimbabwe.

Patient In Life

He came home from work, tired. He sat down on the sofa and put his feet up. His wife brought him a glass of water. His son gave him a sheet of paper and he read through:

English              17%
Biology               35%
Mathematics     40%
Physics              37%
Chemistry          42%
Economics         12%

Geography          22%

Suddenly, he lost his temper and  started shouting: "What is this? All the time you are on phone and TV! How dare you bring me such marks? How dare you?"

His wife said: "Be patient. Listen...." But he interjected,"Shut up! It's your love and pampering that has spoilt him. He is no good and never serious at all!"

His Wife said: "Oh,really?"
He shouted: "No one in our family has performed so badly, ever!"

The son said: "Dad, I am sorry I made you angry. I was cleaning the old cupboard and I found this. It is your old school report card, dated 27th July, 1980 sir."

Imagine the atmosphere afterwards. Calmness in the air. With a foolish grin on his face,he replied, "Son,you don't know. Those days food was scarce."

James 1:19 "So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger."

Jesus Still Loves You

Dare to believe something amazing is going to happen in your life. When you believe, all things are possible!

It always seems impossible until it is done!

Jesus still loves you. He still forgives you. And you're still His.

So many times we look for the answers outside of God, when God is the answer!

Not with ease, but with intention. Not by my strength, but by God’s. “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭73:26‬!

BEHIND every strong person, there IS GOD!

Sometimes God stirs us out of comfortable situations in order to stretch us and cause us to use our faith!

Do everything according to God's will

Colossians 3:23  And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men

Yes he was teaching on human relations and as he continued with his teaching,he pointed out that those who would have given would receive the same, but now pressed down and shaken together.

The giving is being done to Men  not to God and Men again would pour into the bosson of those who had given at first. However the above scripture shows that whatever Men does,he must do it heartily as unto the Lord not unto men.I hand over something heartily to men,,as I'm giving to him I'm not doing it to him but to God.

If I have given someone money and have done it heartily, then I can safely say I have given to God.Then when Men also pour into my bossom,,I will gladly say I gave to God and God has given me too. Why,because it is God who moves them to do so to me without me having requested for anything at times. So as we relate to each other  through giving as Christ taught,we will be doing it to God himself.

Thats what Mathew 25 teaches. When did we see you hungry and fed thee...and he says as you did it to those who were in need, you did it to me.

Power of the blood of Jesus Christ

“How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?  ” (Hebrews 9:14)

In the tabernacle of the Old Testament there were three parts, as we see in Heb. 9:2-5, first, there was the outer court, where the altar was kept for sacrifices, and laver to wash the feet. Then there was the Holy place where the priests ministered. Thirdly, was the Ark of God in the most Holy place. In the most Holy place behind the veil, and on the Ark was the mercy seat. The priests were not allowed to go there.

The sunlight shone in the outer court, and divine light in the most Holy place. There was no door nor window in the holy place but light was always burning in the golden candlestick which was kept there for the purpose. Only the high priest could go behind the veil once a year with the blood of the sacrifice: no other person could go there. Here, God is saying that only by the efficacy of the precious blood of the Lord Jesus Christ can anyone enjoy His Holy presence. We have to be forgiven of all our sins, washed and cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ because every sin we commit either by thought, word or deed leaves a mark on our conscience.

Be merely confessing our sins to the Lord Jesus Christ and repenting of them we are not made righteous.

Every sin we commit either by thought, word or deed leaves a mark on our conscience and these marks or stains cannot be removed by our tears of repentance or offerings. Our conscience reminds us constantly of our past sins.

When we go through any difficulty our conscience accuses us that God is punishing us for the sins which we committed in the past. Many people being pricked in their conscience weep, fast and give charity. Some go on pilgrimage, thinking that by doing these things the marks on their conscience will go away.

Because of their guilty conscience they are troubled and have  no peace. Many  people are troubled at the time of their death because of their sins and start weeping, pleading with others to do something to help them get mental relief.  No human effort can bring real peace to our conscience. The stains of our guilty conscience are washed away only by the precious blood of our Lord Jesus, as we read in Heb 9:12. The Lord Himself entered into the Holy place with His blood.

According to the prophecy in Psalm 16:10, the body of the Lord Jesus Christ did not see corruption. He is perfectly holy. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Now His blood is there in heaven, and it has everlasting life. From there it is sprinkled into the heart of the repentant sinner. By that blood all our guilty stains are washed away.

 Praise the LORD

Are You Tired Of Hearing The Word?

Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah. Isaiah 1:10 (KJV)

Getting tired of hearing the Word of God is a sign of giving in to evil. The Word of God created heaven and earth and everything therein. It is so powerful and capable of fulfilling destiny and giving you your heart desire, Hebrews 4:12. Every level of faith you want to attain is embodied in the Word of God. The more you hear the Word of God the more faith you generate to get things done, Romans 10:17. Any time you begin to get tired of hearing the Word of God, cast out that evil spirit that is making the attempt to deny you of the blessings of God. You were born of God’s Word, hence, take advantage of every opportunity to build your life by the Word of God. Keep celebrating the Word. Hallelujah! Be An Overcomer!

Trust The LORD!

O keep my soul, and deliver me: let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee. Psalm 25:20 (KJV)

To trust God is to rely and take refuge in Him. The best person to rely on is God because He cannot fail.

There are a lot of benefits for trusting the LORD. First He keeps your soul. Second He delivers you from all troubles. Third He takes away any shame that has been planned against you. Finally He also begins to trust you, confide in you, and commits resources and tasks to you.

Dear beloved, when you begin to trust God, He will test you to find out whether you can continue to depend on Him.

When you pass the test, you are rewarded endlessly for your faith. Hallelujah! Be Trustworthy!

Chitembwe Happy With Sweet Victory

Caps United head  coach Lloyd Chitembwe is a happy man following his team' s resounding victory.

The Green Machine thrashed Bulawayo Chiefs 4-1 at National Sports Stadium on Sunday. The goals came from John Zhuwawu in the 11th minute before Gabriel Nyoni doubled the advantage on minute 22.

Dominic Chunga netted the third one five minutes into the second half, and Joel Ngodzo made it four a few moments later while Chiefs got their consolation from Arthur Musiyiwa.

“We knew that one day, we would win by four or five goals, but we didn’t think that it would come this early in the season. What makes me happy is that the goals were scored by three members of the attack. It shows that we have potent strikers,” Chitembwe said after the match.

Meanwhile, Ronald Chitiyo made his comeback after a lengthy injury lay-off, coming on as an 86th-minute substitute.

Cameroonian Star Saves Day For Dembare

Dynamos coach Tonderai Ndiraya believes the sending off of Godfrey Mukambi affected them as the team looked set to dominate  play in their 1-1 draw against TelOne on Sunday.

The Glamour Boys finished the encounter with a man short after Mukambi received a red card on minute 66 for an alleged foul language towards the referee following an incident which involved a TelOne player.

“In the second half, we pushed a bit more, but the disciplinary issues disturbed us. I don’t know what transpired but I suspect it was a case of descent and we had our player dismissed. That’s bad especially when you are in a situation like this.

We had gone for four games without a win, and you have players behaving like this, putting pressure on your team.

Credit to those who remained, they played for over twenty minutes with a man down, and that’s not an easy job,” said Ndiraya.

Dynamos went to the break trailing after Munyaradzi Mawadza deflected the ball past his goalkeeper on the stroke of half-time.

Cameroonian Vincent Mbega equalised ten minutes into the second period, curling home a free-kick a few yards from the edge of the box.
